"Many people, myself among them, feel better at the mere sight of a book.”
Jane Smiley
So, I've been thinking about reading "The Iron Trial" by Holly Black and Cassandra Clare since it came out. A few weeks back I saw this beauty of a book in a book store and I fell in love with it. I was happy when I noticed that it was the German "The Iron Trial". Since my TBR pile was big enough at the time, I decided against buying it but yesterday I bought it as an early Christmas gift for myself.
The German title is "Magisterium-Der Weg ins Labyrinth". The word Magisterium can also be read when you turn the book 180°. And the side of the pages is in the same glimmering orange as you see on the cover.
I plan on reading this book over Christmas. Many readers said the book reminds them of Harry Potter and I'm in the mood for that. Have you read "The Iron Trial", yet? Did you like it?
